This looks ok to me.  I submitted a patch yesterday to remove rlimit stuff that
was preventing 2.1.3 from building on the ARM.  Jakub's patch to the Versions
file prompted me to look at 2.1.3 again.  The attached patch cleans up some
stuff I missed.
