patches + pre-release

Hi,

Just one mail saying I've applied the all patches sent in the last two
days.  I'll look back through my backlog to see if something else is
missing.  If you know of something, please let me know.

As Geoff already hinted I intend to make the pre1 release for 2.1.3
tomorrow evening (PST).  I have one more larger LinuxThreads patch
lying around which is essential for stable use.
