fe* in 2.2 and 2.1

Hi Uli,

chasing another bug, I noticed that you added the following patch to
glibc 2.2 - but nothing to glibc 2.13:

        * Versions.def (libm): Add GLIBC_2.1.3.

        ISO C99 TR1 changes various fe* functions to return an error value.
        * math/Versions [GLIBC_2.1.3]: Add feclearexcept, fegetexceptflag,
        feraiseexcept, fesetexceptflag, fegetenv, fesetenv, and feupdateenv.

IMHO we should change the 2.1.3 in these cases to 2.2 - and don't add
this to 2.1.x.

Shall I send a patch to change the numbers?
