Bug in sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm/ioperm.c

Hi Ulrich,

I had a customer find this bug in glibc.  Could you please apply this patch to
both the 2.1.3 branch and the mainline.  Please be sure to add the
Rebel-NetWinder entry to the platform table and leave the Corel-NetWinder entry
for backwards compatibility.  Thanks.

	Rebel-NetWinder to platform table so _ioperm platform lookup via
