Patch missing?

Hi Uli,

I can't seem to get the patch for posix/getopt.c in both branches:

2000-02-11  Ulrich Drepper  <drepper@redhat.com>

        * posix/getopt.c: Suppress messages if first character of
        optstring is a colon (PR libc/1584).

cvs log has:
revision 1.36.2.2
date: 2000/02/11 20:38:31;  author: drepper;  state: Exp;  lines: +11 -17
