Well, this is easy to say: we want to allow zero errors.  The question
is that we cannot do this right now and therefore have to live with
greater errors.

I agree.  But this is only to describe the status quo, catch build
problems, and (most importantly for me) to be able to document the
errors.  This is one of the requirement of the a standrd compliant
system.
