I'll be away

As already announced, I'll be away for a few day (10 days, maybe a bit
longer).  This will be from Thursday morning Pacific time.

Andreas Schwab will cover for me.  He can check in all bug fixes.  I
asked him to not check in API modifying changes without consulting
with me (I'll have sporadic mail access).

So, from Wednesday night on send all mail to Andreas as well to me.
