   These are the suspended bug reports for glibc; now we are done with
   2.1, it's time to revisit them.

   * Pthreads bugs: 798, 836.
	   Pthreads rewrite is already planned.  (Mark, Thomas: what
	   are the odds this will be done for 2.2?)

Depends on when we plan to release 2.2.  Pthreads is really needed for
the Hurd so I hope to finish the general and Hurd/Mach-specific code in
a few months.  I'm not planning to write the Linux-specific code
myself (hacking on the Hurd is much more enjoyable :-)).  And the fact
that the kernel is almost lacking threads support it will not be easy
to write.
