mailing list setup change

Andreas just pointed out that he now receives mail from
libc-alpha-owner instead of libc-hacker-owner.  This is due to some
changes to the mailing list setup which our sysadmins carried out.
They've fixed my simple-minded setup.  With the new setup you now
should get correct headers with correct information about the original
sender.  Some of you might want to update your mail filters appropriately.
