__libc_subinit broken (PR 941) in glibc 2.1 ?

I've read Ulrich's and Mark's comments now (see wwwgnats) that
__libc_subinit is internal.  Ok, the gnustep developers have to fix
their programs.  Fritz, I advise you to send a bugreport to the
gnustep developers.
