stray files in the archive

There are a number of files in the CVS archive that, as far as I can
tell, serve no purpose. They can be categorized: demos, disabled
tests, and stale code.

Demos:
time/ap.c
time/date.c
posix/id.c

Disabled tests:
localedata/cs_CZ.in
math/test-math.c
misc/ioctltst.c
stdio-common/scanf11.c
stdio-common/scanf6.c
sysdeps/powerpc/test-arith.c
sysdeps/powerpc/test-arithf.c

Stale code:
hurd/STATUS
include/nlist.h
misc/nlist.h
sysdeps/generic/nlist.c
sysdeps/unix/nlist.c
sysdeps/generic/varargs.h
resolv/getnetnamadr.c
sysdeps/m88k/m88100/add_n.s
sysdeps/m88k/m88100/mul_1.s
sysdeps/m88k/m88100/sub_n.s
sysdeps/m88k/m88110/mul_1.s
sysdeps/unix/bsd/osf/=dirstream.h

Is there a reason we are keeping these files around?
