POSIX test and bugs

Hi,

I am working on POSIX testsuite, VSX-PCTS, on glibc 2.0. I found a
few problems. I have fixed some. But there are 2 problems I didn't
fix:

1. egcs defines "unix".
2. glibc 2.0 returns 2 for iscntrl (i) when i >= 0x7f. May I ask why?
