Hi,

I've installed some of Zack's patches and after fixing a few bugs they
seem to work.

Beside this the bugs I introduced yesterday (int the time code and
setenv) should be gone.  setenv now does not require unlimited memory
anymore, just like I claimed it yesterday (but this time it should be
true).
