glibc: Hurd dynamic linker fixes

   If I haven't integrated them I either never got them or had a problem
   with the patches at that time.  If you can resend the patch we can
   solve the problem.

I think I know what happened; I never sent them.  

But now I'd like to wait for Mark to comment; he can integrate them
into his patches.
