"make check" on linux/alpha

Hi,

I got many failures in "make check" on linux/alpha with glibc 2.1
in CVS as of 980804:

make[2]: *** [/home/work/alpha/bin/glibc/math/test-float.out] Error 1
make[2]: *** [/home/work/alpha/bin/glibc/math/test-double.out] Error 1
make[2]: *** [/home/work/alpha/bin/glibc/math/test-ifloat.out] Error 1
make[2]: *** [/home/work/alpha/bin/glibc/math/test-idouble.out] Error 1
make[2]: *** [/home/work/alpha/bin/glibc/math/atest-exp.sout] Error 1
make[2]: *** [/home/work/alpha/bin/glibc/math/atest-sincos.sout] Error 1
make[2]: *** [/home/work/alpha/bin/glibc/math/atest-exp2.sout] Error 1
make[1]: *** [math/tests] Error 2

Any ideas?
