should compile again

Hi,

The current state of the lib should compile again.  I've added some
small patches I got (to LinuxThreads, so that the new Perl can use it)
and ARM patch by Philip.  Beside this I've added the first changes in
a series of changes for localedef which finally will make the
implementation compelete (= usable for multi-byte charsets).
