[RFC] Using git-mailbomb as post-commit VCS to email system for glibc-cvs emails?

Does this apply to just the email-sending functionality in the AdaCore
hooks, or their other functionality as well?

How does it handle non-ASCII characters?

Is it really necessary to switch to cron job with its delays?  Could we
just use inotify with read-only access to the repository?
