Patchwork uses the "Date:" field from the email, and git uses the date
the commit was first created for that (because updating a commit doesn't
reset its timestamp).  So they don't have the date it was sent to the
mailing list.  I've updated my scripts to reset the date every time I
generate a patch.

I'll add that this is an old gripe and the git maintainers refuse to fix
it, because they don't think it's broken.

(FYI it's: git rebase --ignore-date)
