Does in glibc, the sizeof(ssize_t) always equals to sizeof(size_t)

Do you mean (OSF/1, UNICOS, late old AmigaOS/AROS/MorphOS, old TRON) ,
these lists of OS have sizeof(ssize_t)!=sizeof(size_t)?
