[PATCH v3 0/1] malloc: aarch64: Remove broken memory tagging

Remove broken bits from core malloc code and clean-up the
code. This includes:

 - Removing of the '--enable-memory-tagging' configure option
   (we will not need a separate build configuration for memory
   tagging, this should make testing much easier).
 - Removing of the 'USE_MTAG' macro and the 'glibc.mem.tagging'
   tunable.

No functional changes unrelated to memory tagging.

This is part of work-in-progress patch series to fix memory
tagging in malloc on aarch64.

Passes regression on aarch64 and x86_64. OK for trunk?
