[PATCH] arm: Prevent GCC from using VFP registers in code used during dynamic linking

Note that I reported a version of this issue in 2013 as bug 15792 (at that 
time it was a bit more theoretical rather than observed to cause problems 
in practice).  In that bug I thought _dl_runtime_profile needed fixing as 
well.  (Since iWMMXt is long obsolete, the references to it in that bug 
can probably be ignored.)
