​Agenda:
  * Sachin asked some clarifying questions about roles, access, and SSDLC.
  * Carlos: We have two lists of maintainers with access to RW to the repo.
  * Carlos: We have the MAINTAINERS wiki list.
  * Carlos: We have the Sourceware glibc group.
  * Carlos: I'm reconciling between MAINTAINERS and the glibc group.

  * David clarified that the roles don't change, just that they key may be disabled.
  * Carlos: Updated the SSDLC docs to mention that the role is not disabled.
  * Siddhesh: We should involve LF IT to see if they could run a script against the gitolite logs to disable write access based on community rules?
  * Carlos: Yes, we can also have a backup process, but such a process needs commit author information to determine what constitutes access.
  * Discussed creating a "glibc-access" repo to provide a place where you can push an update that keeps write access going.
  * Carlos: Once write access is disabled the process is different to enable it.
