[1/5] math: Sync log1pf with CORE-MATH

       Hi,

I have reviewed this patch. I confirm it corresponds to commit 24ef43a of
CORE-MATH, and all exhaustive tests of log1pf do pass, both with FMA and
without FMA, and for all four rounding modes. I tested with FMA on an
Intel Core Ultra 7 265 with default configure, and to test without FMA,
I used --disable-multi-arch 'CFLAGS=-O2 -march =x86-64'.
