LGTM. Just one small correction for the URL reference to the SYSVABI64
document: it should be

  https://github.com/ARM-software/abi-aa/blob/main/sysvabi64/sysvabi64.rst

To make sure the links stays correct. No need to resend v3 for this
change. Also, I think this should go in before the 2.44 release.
