This looks good to me.

This gives us 2 weeks of soft freeze to close things out e.g. SIGEV_THREAD etc.

Also looks good.

This gives us 2 weeks of machine testing.

Earlier is always better.

This gives us a 2 week buffer to release early or fix a pre-GA bug.
