The master branch is open for glibc-2.45 development

Hi all, 

the master branch is open for glibc-2.45 development again.

Tags are pushed and files are uploaded, I'll do the release announcement in the
local evening.

Samuel, please rebase and push your commit
"hurd: Make the readlink __fstatat64 references optional"
again to master. It came in the middle of the release process and I ended up
force-pushing it away to preserve the tags. Thanks!
