I included a footnote I meant to use, but didn't.

The point here is that Codeberg for their own Forgejo
hosting uses 5 physical servers (production, testing
and experimental setups), 2 backup servers, and 2 virtual
cloud servers. This is a lot of infrastructure, along with
the included Ceph Cluster to ensure any given server doesn't
run out of storage.

Forgejo support needs significant planning, both in short
term, and long term, so we have something maintainable,
supportable, secure, robust and reliable.

By the time we are done... should we have just paid
Codeberg e. V. for hosting?

This option needs much more evaluation and discussion and
it outside the scope of this initial migration to CTI, but not
outside the scope of CTI overall to help plan, fund, and secure.
