That's not a change in control of the project or a hostile takeover.
The project still controls development, project policies, releases, etc
etc. LF IT is providing a service that the project has chosen to
utilize. The project still retains control over itself, including the
possibility of moving away from LF IT if the project decides that's
what's best.

I care because I have always respected you skills as a developer and I
would rather have you involved in a positive way with development
efforts rather than off in another world where the project doesn't
benefit from your skills. But the tone of your message makes it clear
to me that we can't have a constructive discussion on this topic.
