Agenda:
   * Please bring your questions.
   * Discussion of gitolite and branch permission modelling.

Notes:
   * Reviewed responses from all the unknown branches.
   * Updated status, marked all branches as retired.
   * Realized we hadn't sent Sunil an email asking about "users/" branch.
   * Updated https://sourceware.org/glibc/wiki/SSDLC/Projects/gitolite#Branch_Structure_Evaluation
   * As of right now all the unknown branches will be retired.
   * The intent is that content will not be deleted.
   * Retired means that in gitolite they will switch to being read-only.
   * Should we actively mark in gitolite config that they are retired?
