My colleagues and I have updated "Accuracy of Complex Mathematical Operations and Functions in Single and Double Precision", which is available at https://inria.hal.science/hal-04714173

This link is already provided at the bottom of the page https://sourceware.org/glibc/manual/latest/html_node/Errors-in-Math-Functions.html

Note that the search space is large, and we use a pseudo-random number generator in our test program. Therefore, it is not unexpected that we have found some slightly worse errors to report (compared to the first version of our paper) considering the cumulative number of CPU-hours our test program has run over the past year. On the other hand, happily, some errors have improved, e.g., ctanf(), which we attribute to improvements to the GNU C Library math functions.

Regards,

Paul Caprioli
