I forgot to add: full time specialists that are excellent citizens of 
the FOSS community.  For me personally, that is the clincher; I am quite 
glad that we'll have the likes of Konstantin and his team maintain our 
infrastructure, understand where we come from when we make our requests 
for FOSS-only tools and continually innovate in the open, as they do.
