Agreed.

Also as a chamber of commerce, any subset of that group of companies,
can work with us to support the GNU Toolchain financially *for
whatever internal reasons* (same as developers may have different
internal reasons for contributing) so long as they meet our
requirements.

The question at hand is if the GNU Toolchain, or glibc, can
negotiate such requirements effectively and get support from
sponsors. The answer to that question is a resounding "Yes." since
it's something we've been doing for decades at this point.
