The main thing that needs a lot of work and changes to how services 
operate internally, and sometimes to the hostnames people use to access 
them, is simply isolating services properly from each other, which I 
consider essential security work that should have been done long before I 
raised it at the 2022 Cauldron.  The physical location of those services 
makes much less difference, except that the LF is already set up to run 
various key services in an isolated setup - whereas, as I said at Cauldron 
2022, anything that isolates the services used by the toolchain into maybe 
50 separate VMs would look very different to Sourceware as it was then.
