[PATCH] LoongArch: Support pointer guard on LoongArch32

LoongArch32 Reduced has no rotri.d/rotri.w instructions.
Use slli.w/srli.w/or to synthesize the rotation on LoongArch32
and LoongArch32 Reduced.
