Yeah, we're back to "we need to be careful how we word this." I've been
the victim of a weaponized CoC so I'm a bit sensitive about this. The
CoC needs to have hard (narrow) limits on what it covers, and explicit
ways for the target to rebut any claims. If we just say "not admitting
LLM use is a CoC issue" we open it up to abuse. If we say "A series of
N or more proven cases of not disclosing significant LLM use, without
reasonable explanation, is a CoC issue." is less so.
