[PATCH v5 0/2] Add Hunsrik locale support (hrx, hrx_BR)

Changes in v5:
- Fix language name to English form "Hunsrik" in title and
  language fields, as per LC_IDENTIFICATION convention
- Drop legacy 10-digit country_isbn to match pt_BR
