glibc AI policy

Should we restart the discussion about the glibc AI policy?  Is this
something this is important to us right now?  Or should we rather review
some more patches? 8-)

Like many others, I was worried about a flood of low-value
contributions, but that does not seem to what has happened.  So I don't
think this is an urgent issue for the project.  I expect that the FSF,
as the ultimate legal guardian of the code base, will provide us with
legal guidance at some point in the future.
