I can commit to glibc-htdocs fine.

I'd be happy to help with the gnu.org pages, but that would require an
invite to the libc Savannah group [1].

It looks like only the official GNU maintainers are listed as members
there [2]. But I will link my Savannah account anyways, if we decide it
is okay to invite me to upload there [3].
