Ya, so I think last time we talked about glibc-hwcaps the basic takeaway 
was that we just didn't know what HW was going to look like, so adding a 
glibc-hwcap would be premature.  I don't think we've really ticked over 
there yet, but we might be pretty close -- I haven't really been paying 
much attention to HW announcements for the last few months, though, so 
not sure on that...
