I have tried just LD_LIBRARY_PATH to local build, but that crashed even 
gdb itself. It should have needed just libresolv, but that were not enough.

Anyway, after long debugging noticed I have replaced alt_dns_buffer with 
NULL by coincidence. Sent fixed version.
