[PATCH v4 0/1] linux/termios: test the kernel-side termios canonicalization

This patch adds testing for the kernel-side termios canonicalization in
Linux.  The only difference from the previously reviewed "v2.1" is a
single word change in the patch description; no code changes.

This patch and the previous two linux/termios patches should probably
be added to the v2.42 branch as well.
