[PATCH v2 0/3] manual: Document error behaviour across a couple of socket functions

Hi,

 This is v2 of the patch set, which includes the remaining 3 patches out 
of the original 5.  Updates from v1 include the removal of the addition of 
the ENOSYS error condition for `if_indextoname' and `if_nametoindex', and 
a clarification of the return value for `inet_pton'.  The original summary 
follows.

 This small patch set improves documentation for error behaviour, mainly 
adds missing error codes, across a small set of functions from the socket 
group.

 I've bundled the changes together for easier review, however they are 
independent from each other and therefore can go in in any order.

 Verified by proofreading across the info and PDF output formats.
