[PATCH v5 06/23] arm: Add <bits/pagesize.h>

Linux only uses HAVE_PAGE_SIZE_4KB in arch/arm/Kconfig. In theory,
32-bit binaries could run on 64-bit kernels with larger page sizes
in compat mode, but binutils ld defaults to 4K pages, so nothing
will work. Testing in compat mode just needs to use 4K page kernels.
