My SKX server machine has big run-to-run variation.  Following are the data
from other machines.

SPR:

max         56.49          43.367         23%

Min         10.87            8.344           23%

Mean     12.7086      10.6824      16%





Skylake client:

Max     104.207         99.272          4.7%

Min       22.708          20.8235        8%

Mean   27.5725        25.7811        6.4%
