Fwd: [PATCH] manual: Clarify the reasons for setting EILSEQ in iconv

Hello,

This is a patch proposal for
https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=30136, where there is
confusion as to the meaning of EILSEQ in this particular context (the input
may not be an illegal sequence).
Which was fixed in man icon(3) via
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=217059

This was made during a workshop at DevConf 2025, Brno, Czechia
