I just looked into this. Currently, the following functions are
documented in the manual as accepting AT_EMPTY_PATH:
* linkat
* fstatat
* faccessat
* utimensat
And of these, with this patch, only utimensat seems to document this
particular cause of ENOENT. I could look into which (possibly
additional) functions support this flag and which ones can encounter
this particular ENOENT, and then we could move this up. Looks like
fstatat is the only candidate among the documented functions. In the
meanwhile, I'll push this since it is at least correct and improves
the documentation as-is (and because I want to bring some logical
conclusion to this patch series for the moment).
