It is only the x86_64 bit that is missing review [1].  I am CCing H.J
so he might want to take a look.

Florian raise some concerns about this issue, so I withdraw this.

I think it is too late for the release, postponing to 2.43.

I will try to review this next week, I just need to double check the first
patch and review the recent changes to make tst-setvbuf2 work (which was
solved with a different way I think).

I think it is too late for SFrame, I raised some points in the last iteration
and it requires at least a new version to address some comments (specially
w.r.t testing). So I think we should postpone it to 2.43 as well (I cc
Claudiu).
