There are probably some open math bugs in glibc Bugzilla (and of course
bugs in other areas as well) that don't involve such complexities
(although some bugs do involve such complexities - and some old bugs may
have been open for so long *because* something is tricky about addressing
them). And fixing different bugs is a good way to learn your way around
different parts of glibc without needing to engage with lots of different
complexities all at the same time.
