Deprecation of s390-32 in glibc

No worries. I try to advertise a bit :)

I haven't heard any feedback on boot media for a long time. Technically
we have some netboot images, but I suspect they need work.

What we do have is installation stages (i.e. binary filesystem images)
for both s390x (64bit) and s390 (31bit), openrc and systemd.
Mostly up-to-date (Aug/Sep 2025), needs checking where the build hangs.

Our build hardware (a partition sponsored by Marist) is running a 64bit
install. There, we can just chroot into the 31bit usermode image 
(comparable to x86-64 and i686).

We technically have support for multilib on s390x, but haven't built
these stages for years (though as long as we have the 31bit binaries
around it should be fairly easy to restart that, by manually mashing it
together once and then telling it to rebuild itself).

That said, I won't be extremely sad if 31bit support is dropped.
