[PATCH] aarch64: fix SVE tanpi(f)

Hi Paul,

I’m sorry for the delayed response. Just for context this is tested in internal CI for AOR. However, tests were temporarily disabled and unfortunately let a few bugs spill.
We will think of a way to test predication in GNU Libc directly, at least via smoke tests. I don’t think this can be caught via a new test case alone, but instead tests would need to be augmented.
Right now is a bit busy for us but we will come back to this in January.
